H-32A HORIZONTAL BAND SAW

The H-32A is an automatic horizontal band saw providing accurate 90° metal cutting for heavy-duty applications.

The H-32A is fast, with its high speed shuttle feed indexing up to 32″ in a single movement. A 5 HP driven hydraulic pump supplies system pressure through three position directional valves controlling all vising, head up/down, blade tension, guide arm, and shuttle movement.

HYDMECH’s direct down feed system provides easy adjustment of both head feed rate and cutting pressure.

Featuring a 32″ x 32″ capacity, 20 HP motor, and 2 5/8″ blade, the H-32A is a reliable choice for all your heavy-duty horizontal metal cutting applications.

Electronic Dual Down Feed

Electronic DDF feed is controlled by amperage draw chip load. Head feeding will automatically adjust based on relative chip load. It’s very responsive closed loop system gives better cutting and longer blade life.

Full Capacity, Full Stroking Vises

Allow you to operate the vises faster and hold large pieces better. Full height vises allow you to hold large objects more efficiently, like I beams. Full stroking vises mean you don’t have to manually change the position of the vise operator.

20 HP True Direct Blade Drive

The Motor and Gear box are bolted together. This results in better transfer of power between the two moving parts. Other benefits include lower maintenance costs, better torque, and less vibration resulting in better blade life.

Retractable Index Datum Vise

Retractable Index datum vise backs up out of the way, helping to index crooked and banded stock. This feature helps the machine to not slip as the shuttle is going rearward.
