Built for large-capacity shops cutting up to 20″ x 30″ structural and bar stock, with automatic programmable mitering, a 10-foot (120″) automatic bar feed, and powered conveyors that move long material through the cut automatically.

What Buyers Ask About the M-20A-120
The M-20A-120 is manufactured at HYDMECH’s facility in Woodstock, Ontario. HYDMECH has been designing and manufacturing band saws in North America since 1978.
The M-20A-120 comes with a two year parts warranty and one year labor warranty, provided through your authorized HYDMECH dealer.
The M-20A-120 cuts mild steel, structural steel, aluminum, stainless steel, heavy tubing, and large solid bar. The 10 HP VFD variable speed drive lets operators dial in the right blade speed for each material, from 50 to 350 SFM.
At 90 degrees the M-20A-120 cuts up to 20″ round and 20″ x 30″ rectangular. At 45 degrees it cuts up to 20″ round and 20″ x 19″ rectangular. At 30 degrees it cuts up to 14″ round and 20″ x 12″ rectangular.
A cast iron shuttle automatically multi-indexes up to 120″ (10 feet) in a single stroke, positioning long material to the programmed length. Combined with powered conveyors and vertical rollers, the M-20A-120 moves and cuts full-length stock without manually handling each piece.
