Plant Manager

We’re looking for a Plant Manager can manage change across strategic initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, structures, and behaviors in production.

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and day‑to‑day operations of the manufacturing facilities. This role provides strategic and operational direction to ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives are consistently achieved. The Plant Manager leads site leadership teams to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.

Buyer – Purchasing

This existing vacancy reports to the Purchasing Manager and is responsible for managing supplier relationships and ensuring the reliable supply of materials and services that support production and customer delivery.

This role balances daily purchasing execution with supplier performance management, working closely with internal stakeholders to improve cost, delivery, and supply reliability.

 Engineer – Sustaining Operations

This existing vacancy reports to the Director of Engineering – Sustaining Operations and will primarily be responsible for supporting the design, development, and industrialization of existing products, responding to custom design requests and day-to-day engineering support.

Industrial Software Engineer

This existing vacancy reports to the Engineering Manager – Product Development collaborates with mechanical and electrical design engineers to develop advanced hardware and software control systems for band saw metal sawing machines and sawing systems. It involves supporting documentation such as schematics, BOMs, manuals, and programs, with a strong focus on creating highly adaptable new control system that integrate with other devices and systems.

Welder

This existing vacancy reports to the Machining Manager and performs precise welding by laying out, aligning, and fitting components for saws, jigs, and fixtures to meet close tolerances. Works with the supervisor to troubleshoot and resolve any welding issues to ensure quality and accuracy.
