Today, we celebrate the retirement of Jim Hutchison, our Director of Customer Service, who is closing out an extraordinary 41-year career with HYDMECH.
Jim joined our team in 1984, just after his 22nd birthday, and has been a cornerstone of our company ever since. His journey with HYDMECH mirrors our own—from a small startup to a North American leader in the bandsaw industry.
Throughout the decades, Jim’s leadership, dedication, and customer-first mindset have shaped our service culture and set a standard of excellence that will carry forward for years to come.
