10’ bar feed with servo drive processes longer pieces with less cycle time. Its high speed shuttle feed indexes up to 120″ in a single movement.

Retractable Index Datum Vise

Retractable Index datum vise backs up out of the way, helping to index crooked and banded stock. This feature helps the machine to not slip as the shuttle is going rearward.

Replaceable Wear Plates

Replaceable wear plates lower the cost of repairs when needed. HYDMECH wear surfaces are hardened and replaceable, making repairing the wear surfaces much easier and economical.
