Automatic Dual-Column Horizontal Band Saw
Part of the International Series, the DC-300A brings full automation to the dual-column format, and it comes fully equipped as standard. A concrete-polymer-filled dual-column frame and four-point hydraulic blade tensioning deliver straight, square production cuts, while a 7-inch PLC touchscreen runs clamping, feeding, and shuttle indexing on its own. You get premium production capability, fully equipped. The DC-300A is also offered as the semi-automatic DC-300, and as the servo-driven DC-300A+, which adds servo ball-screw head feed and material indexing with a 10-inch HMI for higher output and repeatability.

A 5 HP VFD direct blade drive, driven by a German Nord gearbox and motor, delivers 65 to 265 SFM. Standard supply is 480V, 3-phase, 60Hz (208, 240, or 575V with optional transformers), with IP54 electrical protection, and the machine is CSA certified.
